Led by Mars Wood, an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with over a decade of experience and a master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through Monash University, ABC brings deep expertise in supporting individuals with complex trauma and psychosocial disability. Mars is currently working toward Specialist level recognition in Trauma, combining clinical knowledge with lived experience to champion rights-based, trauma-informed approaches.
